Private Pay
For those who do not subscribe to our in-network insurance plans or prefer not to use insurance, our cash pay fees are listed below.
INITIAL VISIT

Comprehensive Assessment (Up to 90 Minutes)
FOLLOW-UP VISITS

Medication Management (Up to 30 Minutes)
FOLLOW-UP VISITS

Psychotherapy (Up to 60 Minutes)
*Fees are based on the appointment type and time reserved for you. Actual visit length may vary.
Other Fees
✦ No-Show / Late Cancellation:
50% of the private pay rate for that appointment type. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
✦ Complex Forms Completion:
$150 per hour.
